While this membership comes with a premium price tag of ÂŁ150 per month, it offers exceptional value for your money. This inclusive package grants unlimited access to personalised 1-1 Personal Training sessions, as well as independent use of our facilities for solo workouts. We acknowledge that ÂŁ150 exceeds the cost of a standard gym membership, and if you are particularly budget-conscious, this option may not be the best fit for you.

However, if you have previous experience with personal training and prefer structured sessions but may have budget constraints limiting you to just one session per week, this membership provides a solution. It empowers you to increase your training frequency to any desired level, offering a genuine opportunity to enhance your physique, whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or basic maintenance.

The streamlined nature of our membership and booking process allows you to effortlessly schedule your personal training sessions at your convenience, providing you with consistent accountability and motivation to prioritise your fitness.

Our goal with this membership is to deliver value to clients who recognise the current costs associated with acquiring and benefiting from a Personal Trainer in today’s market.

To ensure a comprehensive offering, we ensure that we will always maintain a roster of highly experienced trainers in-house to meet the diverse needs of our members. With growing demand, we are confident in our ability to introduce additional trainers to accommodate and further enhance the overall experience.

How does this compare to traditional Personal Training costs?

Standard PT - 1 Session - ÂŁ30 (average) - Membership excluded

As you can see, you can benefit from unlimited sessions for the same price as a traditional PT’s one weekly session. Pay ÂŁ120 (membership cost ÂŁ30) for access to unlimited sessions which would otherwise cost the same amount for one weekly session.

Is OPTIOn 2 right for you?

To further ensure that we meet the preferences and needs of all customers, we’ve also incorporated a joint initiative for Unlimited Personal Training.

Recognising that some members find value in training with others for enhanced gym confidence, reduced anxiety, and added accountability and motivation, we are also offering a joint unlimited personal training membership.

This membership provides the same advantages as our Unlimited 1-1 personal training, with the stipulation that sessions must be conducted with another member enrolled in our joint scheme. Whether you choose to train with the members you’ve enrolled with or others in the joint scheme is flexible. However, under this membership, the option for 1-1 training is limited to being paired with someone on the joint scheme.

It’s important to note that this membership exclusively grants access to our 1-1 training feature and does not include traditional gym membership. As a result, the pricing is more accessible on an individual basis. This model is crafted to minimise barriers, making it easier for individuals to commit to their fitness journey without the additional constraints of a full gym membership.

Please note that our joint scheme has been created for people that share the same or similar goals in terms of the fitness. If the goals are different then this can largely impact the effectiveness of either persons plans and therefore your overall progress. So if one of your goals is muscle gain but the others is predominantly fat loss, and one wants to train 2 days a week and the other 3 days a week, this is obviously not a fit suitable for our Joint scheme. You would need to opt in for our individual scheme.

We aim to provide as comprehensive a service as possible and with that in mind we aim to cater for not only male, but also the large amount of females that are looking for a quality and cost effective way to utilise a Personal Training service.

We have a number of female clients and members that thrive in our space due to the quiet nature and quality service that we provide in both our normal memberships but also our Unlimited scheme. 

We appreciate for some women, entering a new gym space can be daunting so we try to make it as comfortable as possible for everyone. We find that people are usually pleasantly surprised by how accommodating our space can be for females.

We have a number of quality trainers on board currently to fulfil the sessions and we only intend to add more to our roster to effectively service both men and women. We have female trainers within our offering to ensure that our female based clients are training with someone they are comfortable with as we are aware that some feel more comfortable training with a female PT.

Gina is one of our highly experienced and quality Personal Trainers that we are fortunate enough to have in house. She has worked as a PT for 3 years and been within the fitness industry for 10 years.

Gina is a women’s specialist coach and personal trainer with experience in bodybuilding, powerlifting, strength training and pre and post-natal exercise. She has worked with women of all ages and all experience levels making her an ideal option for any women who are anxious about starting their fitness journey. Gina is highly passionate about helping women feel confident in the gym.

Fab specialises in weight loss, muscle gain and also bodybuilding so is a well rounded PT who can provide technical knowledge and advice on your training and also nutrition. Stephen is a highly charismatic and knowledgeable personal trainer who we are proud to have as part of our unlimited offering. Stephen has been training for a couple decades so his knowledge of the fitness industry and training is vast.

He recently decided to take a career change and put his skills to the test in 1-1 personal training. He has already helped numerous individuals make improvements towards their fitness goals – whether it be muscle gain or fat loss related. Stephen provides our unlimited scheme with an alternative style and adds additional variety to our overall offering to cater for further types of people.

Subtle Sessions App

To ensure the seamless operation of this offering, we’ve introduced the Subtle Sessions app. This app allows you to control, monitor, and manage every aspect of your training, providing constant visibility into your progress.

The app not only allows us to oversee your fitness journey comprehensively but also ensures that every trainer on our team has insight into each individual’s progress. This way, even if you’re training with different instructors, your sessions remain unaffected by the time it might take to brief a new trainer on your training and goals.

For Unlimited members, the app serves as the primary platform for tracking progress, managing billing, and scheduling sessions. It includes a comprehensive exercise library, offering technical knowledge through videos even when not booked with a Personal Trainer. We believe that integrating this app into our offering completes a highly premium product with an effective means of managing everyone’s fitness journeys simultaneously.

While all our Personal Trainers can make adjustments based on your progress, our Health and Fitness Manager, Fab Firetto, will be your initial point of contact for setup and account management. As we progress with your training, our collective team of PTs will manage your journey.
