GYM HIRE FOR PT'S

We are aware that for a lot of trainers, the full time rental option that is offered by the majority of commercial gyms isn’t always a feasible option. This solution is not flexible and adds significant pressure which automatically comes with trying to pay high rental fees every month whilst you’re trying to build your business.

In addition to this, most ‘Studio’ gyms are comprised of minimal equipment in very small spaces. These spaces are usually lacking in variety of equipment, machinery and accessories. These are all important attributes to clients, that keep them engaged with your services for longer. Clients require variation to retain their commitment and enjoyment of their fitness plans.

Although a private studio gym, Subtle Studio is not like any other studio gym you have visited. We have the machinery and equipment of a commercial gym, without the typical wear and tear experienced due to the volume of traffic in and out. Our limited membership provides exclusivity, meaning we do not get overcrowding. This combined with a boutique style facility, makes Subtle Studio the ideal place to train clients effectively and comfortably – with minimal disruption.

Subtle also equips its clients and members with accessories and attachments not typically found in commercial gyms. This ensures that as a trainer you have the added tools to provide a high quality and value for money service to your clients.

New trainers

For a lot of new trainers, it can be a daunting prospect to hear the extremely high rental amounts for self employed Personal Trainers at the majority of gyms. So much so that it can actually end up making people wonder if it was a good business decision to go into Personal Training in the first place.

Here at Subtle Studio, we aim to give new trainers the opportunity to build their business in a way that is entirely proportionate to their workload and personal circumstances. With pay per client, you will only be charged as and when you bring a client into the gym meaning that there is minimal pressure on you as a new trainer to meet the high demands of a monthly fee.

This service gives you flexibility and the ability to work on your own terms, with minimal commitment. For a lot of new trainers, this is the breathing space they need to grow at their own pace.

Experienced/part time

We also understand that experienced trainers that have been in the industry for a while know what works for them. Experience in some cases doesn’t necessarily mean volume or quantity of clients – it can mean quality. We appreciate that some trainers are more than happy with a select group of clientele. The problem that comes when you have this select group of clients, is that your options are limited in terms of fully functional gym spaces.

Because most commercial gyms operate on a weekly or monthly rent basis, the pressure is always there to be turning over a certain number of clientele in order to reach this amount and ultimately make profit. This can cause experienced trainers to have to compromise their business model and force them into adding a higher number of clients. With Subtle’s pay per client method, experienced trainers do not need to compromise and can continue to train their select clientele in a unique and fully equipped space.

At the same time, part-time trainers can also benefit from this service in a similar way. We understand that some trainers are PT’s alongside other jobs. Some simply do it as a side hustle for some extra cash, or perhaps are part time for now with the intention of eventually going full time but are not quite there yet. Our pay per client option can bridge that gap between having a smaller number of clients and having enough to warrant going full time and paying full rent at a gym.

Online coaches

Online coaching is becoming increasingly more popular as time goes on. Trainers can now appeal to people all over the UK and provide their business to more people than ever before. We however understand that in some situations, Online Coaches have a need to see some of their clients in person – whether it be to go over form, or for a bi-weekly PT session in person. Our PT per client option allows online coaches to be able to do this as and when suits them. In person visits for Online Coaches can be few and far between, so this service allows coaches to have complete control and flexibility over their rent fees.

It may even be the case that as an online coach, adding the physical gym space element to your services can open your business to more customers. It can increase the value of your business for your more localised clients as they can have the opportunity to see you in person. Something of which you can then decide to charge more for if you deem necessary.
