ABOUT OUR GROUP TRAINING
Subtle Sundays is our solution to a group training product – with the aim of bringing multiple people together for the purpose of getting fit. We believe that running this bootcamp can allow individuals to thrive in a group environment, with a sense of community amongst like minded people training towards the same goal.
The bootcamps involve utilisation of the entire Subtle Studio gym space which means clients within the session can achieve the full benefit of our equipment, machinery and space.
The gym is separated into stations to which small groups of 3-4 people complete a circuit of cardio, resistance, bodyweight or machines in a rotation. All of which is led by up to 2 of our in-house, quality Personal Trainers to ensure that the bootcamps are delivered to a high standard.
